1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using provencompanies.com ("the Site") or any services provided by Proven Companies Ltd. ("Proven®", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About our service

Proven® provides independent business certification services based on financial data analysis. We evaluate companies using publicly available and licensed data sources and issue certification to companies that meet our scoring criteria.

Important: Certification by Proven® does not constitute financial advice, a credit rating, or a guarantee of future financial performance. It reflects a company's standing based on available data at the time of evaluation.

3. Eligibility and certification

Certification is awarded solely at Proven®'s discretion based on our scoring methodology
Meeting preliminary criteria does not guarantee certification
Certified status is valid for one calendar year and subject to annual review
We reserve the right to withdraw certification if a company's circumstances change materially
Companies may not misrepresent their certification status

4. Use of the Proven® badge

The Proven® badge and certificate may only be used by companies that hold a valid, current certification
The badge must not be altered, distorted, or used in a misleading context
Use of the badge after certification expires or is withdrawn is strictly prohibited
Proven Companies Ltd. retains all intellectual property rights in the Proven® brand, badge, and certificate

5. Data and accuracy

We use publicly available and licensed data sources to evaluate companies. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete or current. Proven® accepts no liability for errors in third-party data sources.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proven Companies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on certification status. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and certification materials — is the property of Proven Companies Ltd. and is protected by EU and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the European Union.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
